The Coalfield Family Hub is on the ground floor and is accessible via widened automatic doors.

The entrance to the Family Hub is also wide and the playspace and multifunction room are large and accessible.

A disabled toilet is available and baby changing facilities are on-site.

There are disabled parking spaces available at the Coalfield Family Hub which are located by the main entrance of the building.

A lift is available to other floors of the building although the other floors are very rarely used by the Family Hubs
