Myah is a remarkable 9-year-old who has already achieved the titles of European and World Champion in karate twice. Her dedication to the sport is evident as she trains six days a week for two hours a day, sometimes extending to four hours if she helps her sensei. Myah's commitment has not gone unnoticed; she recently received five individual awards at her karate presentation, including 'Student of the Year,' 'Fighting Spirit,' 'Best Helper,' 'Best Overall Grading,' and 'Star Chart Winner.'
In just under two years, Myah has amassed an impressive collection of medals: 28 gold, 23 silver, and 14 bronze from competitions all over the UK, in addition to her World and European titles. Her passion for karate is unwavering, as she truly eats, sleeps, and breathes the sport.
Beyond her athletic achievements, Myah exemplifies the values of perseverance, hard work, and teamwork. Her ability to balance intense training with her daily life at such a young age is remarkable.
