Sunderland Communicates Together brings local health, education, social care and community partners together to support children and young people's speech, language and communication across Sunderland. Formed with families and parent carers, the programme helps children get the right support at the right time - from early years to post‑16. Free support is available for families, from universal advice to specialist help, with clear signposting so everyone knows where to turn.
