Disabled Child Register

If you're a parent of a child with special education needs and/or disabilities (SEND), you can also sign up to our Disabled Children Register (DCR). You'll receive a Max Card, which entitles you and your family discounted entry to attractions and days out across the North East. You'll also be kept up to date with developments to our services for children and young people with SEND, as well as information about local and regional activities and events that are taking place.

Now and then, you will also be asked if you would like to help shape our services for children with disabilities across Sunderland. You don't have to take part but it's a great way to get invovled and inform our future services.
