Professional Portal
The Professional Portal can be used to complete all aspects of the Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessment and review process. Currently, this is a new functionality which is only available for professionals to submit a request for an EHC Needs Assessment and an Annual Review of an EHCP.
You can use this portal to track a young person's progress through the EHC needs assessment and review process. The implementation of both portals will be a staged process and although the portal is a two-way communication tool, this will initally only be used one-way until it is established. However, we do hope to share any documentation for children and young people being considered for SEND panel with respresentatives once forms have been submitted on the portal. You will receive more information regarding this if you are identified as a representative for panel meetings.
In order to complete a submission for an EHC Needs Assessment Request or an EHCP Annual Review, you will need to register on the Professional Portal.
